Muffin Tin Meat Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 12 cups  shredded zucchini
  • 1  cup  soft breadcrumbs
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 1  teaspoon  dried Italian seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup ketchup

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl.
  3. Place 1/3 cup beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups, pressing lightly.
  4. Spread ketchup over top.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
