Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup sultana
Directions
- Heat the honey and oil together.
- Place all minus the sultanas ingredients in a roasting dish and combine well.
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes, stirring at least twice so mixture browns evenly.
- Allow to cool before adding sultanas.
