Mrs. Moore's Zesty Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans of diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can mixed vegetables
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Italian spices
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons garlic
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 diced white onion
- 2 tabasco peppers
- 2 lemons, juice of, the
- 1 lime, juice of, the
- 1 pinch cumin
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Cook chicken in advanced and cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
- Heat oil in pan and sauté onions, celery and garlic about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients together in pot and let cook 30 - 45 minutes.
- Rice is good to serve with this soup.
