Mrs. Lillie Belle's Meat Loaf

This was Pop's mothers very easy version of meatloaf. It can be made in a loaf pan, or make it in a 9x9 to speed up the cooking time.

Ingredients

• 1  lb hamburger
• 1⁄2 lb sausage
• 2  eggs
• 1  onion (diced)
•  salt
•  pepper
• 1⁄2 cup catsup

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and put in loaf pan or square baking pan.
2. Pour enough tomato catsup over the top to cover.
3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
