Mr. Memphis Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons  hot pepper relish, jarred
• 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
• 1  tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, freshly chopped
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve with Memphis Cornmeal Battered Cod.
