Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 6 green and red bell peppers, sliced
- 3 slicing tomatoes, cubed
- 2 (6 ounce) jars basil pesto
Directions
- Cube and clean all vegetables.
- Place in bowl with cheese.
- Marinate in pesto overnight.
