Mozzarella Monkey Bread

This bread is so easy to make, and it's so good that you'll be lucky to get it out of the pan without your family and friends grabbing pieces of it. I usually make a double batch so we have enough for dinner! Show more

Directions

  1. Cut cheese into approximately 1" cubes.
  2. Cut each biscuit in half and roll into a ball. Roll each ball out so it's round and large enough to wrap around the cheese cube.
  3. Place a cheese cube in center of dough and wrap up tightly, making sure edges are tightly sealed.
  4. Dip each stuffed dough ball into the melted butter, coating evenly.
  5. Place each buttered ball into the loaf pan. You don't have to be neat with this. It will bake up into its own personality.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Cover with foil after 10 minutes to prevent the top from burning.
  7. Let bread cool slightly, then flip out onto serving platter. Serve with warm marinara, if desired.
