Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple chunk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Directions
- Grate carrots, and combine in a bowl with raisins, pineapple chunks and basil.
- Whisk honey, lime juice and ginger together and mix with other ingredients.
