Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup cranberry sauce (oh yes, from a can!)
- 1⁄2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- Mix ingredients well. Reserve half to serve as a sauce with the cooked roast.
- Use remainder to baste roast every 30 minutes.
