Most Amazing Reuben Casserole

Yields: 1 9x13 casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices rye bread, toasted & cubed- make sure it's the hearty variety
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 5⁄8 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Layer half the bread cubes in the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mix the sour cream and onion together.
- Layer sauerkraut, crumbled corned beef, sour cream mixture, and cheeses over the bread.
- Spread remaining bread cubes over top.
- Drizzle with melted butter
- Bake 350 for 30 minute.
