Moroccan-Style Marinade

A super Foods Idea Recipe. This one is a great marinade for chicken!

• Yields: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 2  tablespoons  oil
• 1  tablespoon honey
• 2  garlic cloves, crushed
• 2  teaspoons ground cumin
• 2  teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well.
2. Cover & refrigerate until required.
