Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and brush onto salmon.
- Let salmon stand in marinade for a few minutes or place in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Keep some aside for use during cooking.
