Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 pinch clove
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper (or use 2 tsp of ground mixed pepper)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 8 lamb rib chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Directions
- in a small bowl combine spices.
- sprinkle on both sides of lamb chops, save the rest for another dish.
- heat oil in skillet, add lamb and cook 5-10 minutes per side for med rare to medium.
