Moroccan Peas & Eggs

This dish may sound weird but my husband loves it. He makes it for a quick & easy snack.

  1. Place the peas, oil, & spices in a small frying pan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Scramble the eggs & add it to the peas. Cook until the eggs are dry & firm.
  3. Serve with thick bread.
