Moroccan Avocado Almond Smoothie

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 12  ripe Hass avocado
  • 1  cup  almond milk (if you use vanilla flavoured, omit the following sweetener)
  • 1  teaspoon sugar (or other natural sweetener)

Directions

  1. Slide the avocado from the skin and place in blender.
  2. Add the milk and sugar and blend until there are no pieces of avocado remaining.
  3. *** NOTE: It is very important that the avocado is ripe or else it won't blend well. The consistency should be thick but smooth. You can add more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
