Morning Delight Spread #RSC

Yields: 3-4 Cups
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 fresh peach
- 1 fresh pear
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- Reynolds Wrap Foil
Directions
- Skin and dice 1 fresh peach and 1 fresh pear.
- In a bowl sprinkle 1 tsp lemon juice over the fruit and toss. Let fruit sit while you whip the cream cheese mixture.
- Soften the 2 packages of cream cheese.
- Whip cream cheese and 1/4 C powder sugar.
- Add 1 Tbsp honey to cheese mixture.
- Drain any access juice from fruit and fold in cheese mixture.
- Take a 1 qt container and line bottom and sides with Reynolds Wrap Foil.
- Sprinkle 1 Cup sliced almonds across the bottom.
- Spread Cream Cheese mixture over the top of Almonds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Lift Spread out of container and flip over onto a serving plate, gently peal the foil off the spread for serving.
