- Mix all ingredients by hand. (You may add a little more flour or liquid if the dough is too wet or dry.).
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Prepare fillings of your choice.
- Roll into walnut size balls, flatten into circles in your palms (OR roll out and cut into circles) and then fill with filling of your choice and pinch into triangles.
- Place on lightly greased pan or lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 350 degrees between 12-18 minutes (depending on size) until golden.
- Make a bracha and enjoy!
