Monday Morning Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
Directions
- Stir oat flour, oats, wheat flour, baking soda, salt.
- Add milk and eggs and stir.
- Pour onto griddle.
