Mom's Stuffing

Mom's made this for years. It's simple and always turns out scrumptious. *When it comes to the poultry seasoning, it really is to personal discretion. I mearly go by smell.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 loaves  white bread
• 1⁄2 cup onion
• 2  cups celery
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄3 cup butter
• 1⁄3 cup water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
•  poultry seasoning, to liking approx 4tbsp

Directions

1. Mix everything in one bowl and smoosh together. Pack lightly in bird. Optional add ins are plenty -- have fun with it.
