Mom's Shish-Ka-Bob/Meat Marinade

Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons hot red pepper sauce (optional)
- chopped green onion
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or plastic ziploc. Add meat and marinade in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
