Mom's Rhubarb Pie

Directions
- Pour boiling water over cut-up rhubarb, and let stand for a couple of minutes, then drain.
- Add flour, sugar and salt to beaten eggs, then add vanilla. Stir all ingredients into rhubarb. Put into double pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 45 minutes.
- While hot sprinkle with sugar.
