Mom's Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 cups pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie shells
Directions
- First mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly using a spoon. Mix in pecans.
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake at 350
- Done when center temp reaches 200 degrees.
