Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies

Another Shoe Box Recipe! My mom never had time to bake, but loved these cookies! She doesn't know where this recipe came from.

• Yields: 12 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup white sugar
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  cup shortening
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  eggs
• 1  cup peanut butter
• 2  cups flour
• 1  pinch salt

Directions

1. Mix in order.
2. Make in to balls, flatten with fork coated in sugar.
3. Bake at 400 degrees 10-12 minutes.
