Mom's Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat griddle. Combine egg and buttermilk in bowl, stirring until blended. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add egg mixture. Mix well. Add small amount of milk if batter is too thick.
- Ladle batter onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form and cook until lightly browned.
