Mom's Pancakes

Yields: 24 pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Add more or less milk if necessary, to desired thickness or runniness.
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- Pour spoonful of pancake batter inches.
- Flip sides when it starts to bubble.
