Mom's Meatloaf

I've eaten this meatloaf since I was a kid. I use the same recipe as my mother did and I never grow tired of it. I like covering mine in Bull's-Eye BBQ sauce. Show more

Yields: 1 loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl.
  2. Press flat into loaf pan, making sure mixture is level.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  4. Optional: remove after 50 minutes, cover in BBQ sauce or mixture of ketchup and brown sugar, and return to oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
