Mom's Meatloaf

A meatloaf recipe I got from my mother years ago.

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with a fork until frothy.
  2. Add milk, salt, pepper and bread, beat until bread disintegrates.
  3. Add carrots, onion, green onion, soup mix, cheddar and hamburger.
  4. Mix well and pack into a 9 x 5 pan.
  5. Combine sugar, ketchup and mustard and spread on top.
  6. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
  8. Can be served hot or cold.
