Directions

  1. Soak matzahs until softened; squeeze well to get out most of the moisture.
  2. Peel and grate apples in a large bowl. Add matzahs and all other ingreidents.
  3. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. sprinkle more cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until browned.
  5. May be served hot or cold.
