Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 lbs chicken wings (discard tips if desired)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wings; stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over wings in a bowl small enough so the wings are covered.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
