  1. Boil water and sugar in a pot for 10 minutes and then cool to room temperature.
  2. Put sugar water in an empty gallon container with the instant coffee, chopped vanilla bean, chocolate syrup, vodka, and glycerin.
  3. Shake container thoroughly at least once a day for two weeks.
  4. Strain through cheese cloth or similar straining device, bottle, and serve.
