Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add all other filling ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into shell.
- Bake for 55 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
