Mom's Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 1⁄2 cups evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 3 eggs, slighlty beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 1 prepared 9 inch pie shell
Directions
- Mix together pumpkin and evaporated milk.
- Add sugars and corn syrup.
- Stir in eggs, spices and Rum, you can subsitute 1 tsp of vanilla for the rum.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 450*F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350*F and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes.
