Mom's Cheese Dip

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Velveeta Mexican cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- 1⁄2 cup chunky salsa
- 1⁄2-1 cup milk
Directions
- Cook sausage using spatula to chop meat into small pieces. Spoon sausage onto papertowels to drain excess grease.
- Cube Velveeta and put into microwavable bowl. Toss Velveeta and sausage adding milk to soften. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir, adding milk if needed. Microwave 1 more minute. Once its all mixed together and still thick, add your salsa. (you may need to add milk if too thick for you b4 adding the salsa).
- We heat our tortilla chips and drown them in this dip with some sour cream on top! Its a great snack or even a quick lunch (all 4 food groups!).
