Mom's Banana Bread (Goes Fast!)

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed extra-ripe banana
- 1⁄2 cup sour milk
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix dry ingredients together, set aside.
- Mix butter, eggs, and sugar.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Gradually add sour milk, mix.
- Add the bananas and chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350.
- Then turn oven down to 325 and bake another 30-35 minutes.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
