Molly's Coconut Cookies

Aunt Molly is a great cook. This is a great recipe from "over home" in New Brunswick.

Ingredients

• 1  cup oleo
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1  egg
• 1⁄4 cup oatmeal
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1  cup coconut

Directions

1. Preheat oven 375°F.
2. Roll in 1-inch balls.
3. Place on greased cookie sheet.
4. Press with fork.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes.
