Molho Cru (Angolan Sauce for Seafood)

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until a paste is formed. Chill until needed to serve over fish or other seafood.
