Ingredients
- 2 cups dried coconut, medium-shred
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup walnut meal
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup molasses
Directions
- Mash the banana, mash in the molasses.
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add them to the mashed banana/molasses mixture.
- Form the batter into 2-inch-diameter balls, squeeze a little to stick them together. Use olive oil on your hands if it is too sticky.
- 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
