Directions

  1. Mix margarine or butter, molasses, sugar, and boiling water in a bowl.
  2. Add spices and baking soda.
  3. Add flour and raisins.
  4. Mix together just enough to blend well.
  5. Chill dough in fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  7. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
