Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat germ (try 1/2 c. ea. oat or wheat bran or wheat germ)
- 1⁄2 cup soy flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed meal (ground flax seeds)
- 1⁄2 cup powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Beat eggs; measure remaining liquid ingredients and blend. Add oats & stir. Measure & add all other dry ingredients on top; blend all together just until moistened. Bake in sprayed muffin cups at 375* for 18-20 minute.
