Moist & Tangy Meatloaf

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup saltine, crushed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup steak sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
Glaze
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup mustard
Sauce
- 1 cup canned tomato, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Do not overmix -- just stir until incorporated.
- Place meatloaf into meatloaf pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients and brush onto meatloaf.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf.
- Bake 1 hour.
