Moist & Tangy Meatloaf

A really excellent, tasty meatloaf! It's great for converting former "meatloaf haters" and it's so easy! :)

Ingredients

• Meatloaf

• 2  lbs  ground sirloin
• 1  onion, minced
• 1  green pepper, diced
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  saltine, crushed
• 2  eggs, lightly beaten
• 1⁄4 cup  steak sauce
• 3  tablespoons ketchup
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  garlic salt

• Glaze

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup mustard

• Sauce

• 1  cup canned tomato, crushed
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  garlic salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients. Do not overmix -- just stir until incorporated.
3. Place meatloaf into meatloaf pan.
4. Combine glaze ingredients and brush onto meatloaf.
5. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf.
6. Bake 1 hour.
7. Enjoy!
