Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In mixing bowl put rolled oats& boiling water.
- Without cooling, add marge& cocoa.
- Mix well, add brown sugar& eggs.
- Beat with a wire whisk.
- Add flour, baking powder, soda& vanilla.
- Beat again with wire whisk.
- Pour into a greased 9x9 square pan& bake 30 min@ 350.
