Moist Brownies

Very moist but fattening, can substitute the oil for applesauce for a lower fat version

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line your brownie pan with tin foil and coat with Crisco, butter, or Pam.
  3. Melt the butter, the chocolate and the olive oil together and stir to combine.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with flavorings (the sugars, salt, vanilla and cinnamon).
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture.
  6. Add the flour and stir until the batter is just combined.
  7. Pour into your prepared pan.
  8. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until done.
