Moe's Queso Copycat

My daughter has been craving Moe's Queso, so we came up with this recipe. It definitely satisfied the craving, and came pretty close to the real thing.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
• 3⁄4 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, grated
• 6  tablespoons canned milk
• 3⁄4 teaspoon  onion salt

Directions

1. Heat all ingredients together over low heat, stirring until melted.
2. Eat with tortilla chips!
