Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 lemon, zest of
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, blend all the above ingredients until smooth.
- Chill.
