Mock Potato/Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- green onion
Directions
- Steam or boil cauliflower until totally tender.
- DRAIN WELL.
- Mash and add butter and cream cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes or until bubbly.
