Mock Liver Pâté ( Green Beans )

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup steamed green beans
- 3 hard boiled egg whites
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 ounces walnut pieces
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Steam green beans for 12 minutes; boil eggs.
- Sauté onions in oil until lightly browned, 30 minutes.
- Pour all into food processor and pulse until thickened and pâté consistency (or chop manually until it resembles pâté).
- Form and chill.
