Mocha Whipped Cream (To Ice Chocolate or Vanilla Cake)

Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine whipping cream, sugar, cocoa and coffee. Chill for 6 hours.
- With your mixer, beat the whipping cream mixture until stiff. Stir in vanilla. Chill until ready to ice cake.
