Mocha Sauce

Wonderful on pound cake or ice cream !

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1⁄2 cup  strong brewed coffee
• 1⁄2 cup honey
• 1⁄4 cup heavy cream

Directions

1. In a small heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Cool.
2. Serving size = 2 tablespoons.
