Mocha Frost

Ingredients

  • 4  scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3  tablespoons  chocolate syrup
  • 12 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
  • 1  cup  ice
  • 2  ounces  espresso
  • Optional

  •  whipped cream, chocolate shavings and mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until well-mixed.
  2. Serve in a chilled glass. For added richness, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
