Mocha Espresso Mix

Ingredients

  • 3  tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
  • 13 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1  tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 14 cup  non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 2  tablespoons  ground chocolate (such as Ghiradelli's Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa)
  • 12 tablespoon  unsweetened cocoa

Directions

  1. Combine espresso powder, dried milk, sugar, nondairy creamer, ground chocolate and cocoa in a plastic container.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of mix in a cup.
  3. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir.
  4. Can Be doubled or tripled.
